I always dreamed and fussed about food, i emphasized the art of cooking and enjoyment of life. I showed people how they could cultivate their plate and delight their senses. The art of cooking encompassed more then food. Culinary, etiquette, socials sharing of food, presentation and combining of taste and textures was important in this field.
The art of food are also in the eating. Sharing food with friend and family is an important part of Japanese culinary tradition. To the Japanese, food and friend are inseparable. A gathering without food is considered incomplete and improper. I only can described that enjoyment of food as one of the beautiful and gentle things which contribute to peace and harmony of society.
